Meet Our People
Andrew Casperson
Principal and Co-founder
Originally from St. Louis, MO, Andrew graduated from the business school at DePaul University. Excited to begin his career in the city, a chance meeting in 2008 led to a college internship, sparking the start of a successful career in employee benefits.
The evolution from an independent agent, to leading a successful team at a prominent national carrier, to launching an agency like EnrollWell has been an incredible and humbling adventure. The guiding principle of always bringing value to has served his clients and team members alike in their businesses.
Andrew lives in Chicago and enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his wife and daughter in his free time.
Luke Rockwell
Principal and Co-founder
Growing up in a small town outside of Indianapolis, Luke learned the value of hard work and perseverance. After graduating from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington, he accepted a position with a midwestern oil company.
In 2005, he joined the insurance industry. After quick success as an agent, he was promoted to a leadership role and for the next 15 years, his team-first mentality and customer service focus helped achieve record sales, earning great recognition along the way.
Luke and his wife, Joanna, herself a highly successful insurance professional, reside in Chicago with their two children.
Francessca Nasca
Enrollment Director
Born and raised in Lake Zurich, IL, Francessca knew from a young age she was going to end up in the Windy City one way or another. While obtaining her associate’s degree at Harper College in Palatine, Illinois, she worked as an intern for her aunt and uncle in their agency.
Having witnessed their success in the industry firsthand, Francessca moved to Chicago to launch her career as an independent sales associate. After a strong performance in her first two years, Francessca accepted a leadership role. In an effort to expand her opportunity even further, she joined EnrollWell as an Enrollment Director working with a team to deliver the very best products and service in the industry.
She loves to help people, personal fitness, and spending time with family and friends.
Daniel Marinez
Enrollment Director
Daniel grew up in the Crossroads of America of Northwest Indiana, where he learned the value of friendships, hard work, and the American Dream. He took these core values to Chicago, where he earned a B.S. in Neuroscience at UIC.
Daniel joined the insurance industry in 2007 where he has impacted the lives of many. Over the last 15 years, Daniel has held leadership roles in not only in business but also in his community. Serving in Catholic Charities, Rotary Club, and his Homeowners Association. Coming from a family of small business owners, Daniel believes in the spirit of entrepreneurship and lives by the Golden Rule.
He resides in the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago with his amazing wife Anna, who works alongside him. Daniel roots for the Bears, White Sox, and Bulls.
Robbie Parish
Technology Director
Raised in the South, Robbie quickly learned the satisfaction of helping others. Having a knack for this helped him grow into the people-oriented person he is today.
Robbie graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a Master's degree in IT and Management in 2015. After working in many different roles within the insurance space, Robbie was given the opportunity with EnrollWell to serve as Technology Director. In this position, Robbie focuses his efforts on both legacy and new BenAdmin platforms, showing companies how to leverage the power of these systems.
Robbie is a dog-lover and enjoys cooking and travel with his husband, Frank.
Vince Scaletta
Enrollment Director
Vince started in the insurance business in 2002 through an internship. Soon after, he graduated from Elmhurst University and started full time. He grew his business over the past 2 decades through cold marketing and networking. He sat on the Executive Board of the Niles Chamber of Commerce and served as President of the organization in 2011. In additon to leading a team, his current focus is developing and growing broker and employer relationships, along with current client retention.
He grew up in Norridge, on the northwest side of Chicago, and currently lives in Arlington Heights with his wife, Jennifer, and two kids, Marco and Olivia. In his free time he enjoys working out and playing the piano.
